Fellowship Status is awarded to those Members that the Society deems fit by virtue of their having developed their qualification through further study and experience. Members become eligible for Fellowship Awards in two ways:
- Prior to 2006: By undertaking an Advanced Qualification in their chosen area of law.
- After 2006: By virtue of completing two years full Membership with appropriate and recorded CPD.
Fellows of the Society must continue to submit CPD cards annually, in order to retain their status.
Fellows of the Society are entitled to use the letters F.S.S.P. after their names.
If you believe you are entitled to Fellowship Status, please contact us.
We encourage the prompt return of CPD record cards, to prevent any delay in notifying our Members as to changes in their status.
